I have always had grain finished beef not taking into consideration all that goes into grass-fed and finished beef and that there is way more to it. I just thought back in the day all cows ate grass until they were butchered ((like mother nature intended in my opinion). I was nervous to try this beef, but it tastes amazing and very tender. I ordered the Prairie Discovery Box and so far have tried the ground beef, Sirloin steak and the New York steak and all have been amazing in both flavor and tenderness. The Prairie Discovery Box is a good way to try a little bit of everything. I'm looking forward to trying the Blade roast.
