How much can we realistically expect to raise?
It depends on your group size and how actively you promote. Groups with 20-30 active families can expect to raise $500-$800. Larger groups with 50-75 participants can raise $1,500-$2,500. The key is getting people to actually share your code with their friends and family. The more the message gets out the better your results will be.
How long should our campaign run?
Most groups run 4-6 week campaigns. This gives people time to hear about it, think about it, and order. Shorter campaigns (2-3 weeks) can work if you have very engaged supporters and promote heavily. Longer campaigns tend to lose momentum.
When do we receive payment?
We process your payment 2-4 weeks after your campaign closes. This allows time to finalize all orders and handle any customer service issues. Payment is made by check or e-transfer to your organization.
Can we run multiple campaigns per year?
Yes. Many organizations run spring and fall campaigns. We just ask for at least 3 months between campaigns to avoid supporter fatigue.
Is there a minimum number of orders required?
No minimum. If you sell 5 boxes or 500 boxes, you still earn 10%. That said, smaller campaigns may not justify the promotional effort for your organization.
What if someone outside your delivery area wants to order?
They can still participate by selecting your organization’s designated pickup location during checkout. At the end of the campaign, those orders are consolidated and delivered to the pickup location, where supporters can collect their orders on distribution day. This makes it easy for friends and family outside the delivery zones to support your fundraiser.
Can we sell at a discount different than $10?
No. All fundraising campaigns use the standard $10 discount. This keeps things simple and fair for all participating organizations.
What if we want to add our own information to your materials?
You’re welcome to customize the letter template and add your own messaging to social posts. The brochures and graphics should be used as-is to maintain brand consistency.
Do you provide any promotional support?
We provide all the materials you need to run your campaign. However, promotion is your responsibility. We don’t advertise your specific campaign. The more actively you promote (emails, social posts, word of mouth), the better your results will be.
Can supporters order multiple boxes?
Yes! The discount code works on every box they order. If someone wants to stock their freezer with 3-4 boxes, that’s great for both them and your organization.
What if there’s a problem with someone’s order?
We handle all customer service issues directly. Your supporters can contact us, and we’ll resolve any problems with orders, delivery, or product quality. This is not your organization’s responsibility.
Are there any restrictions on who can participate?
We welcome most community groups. We reserve the right to decline partnerships with political groups, advocacy organizations, or groups inconsistent with our company values. If you’re unsure, just ask when you apply.

What's in the boxes?
Each box contains different cuts of 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef from Western Canadian ranches. Visit prairieranchersbeef.ca/shop to see exactly what's in each box. Options range from ground beef boxes to premium steak selections.
How much do I save?
You save $10 on every box you order when you use the organization's promo code at checkout. The discount applies to all boxes, not just certain ones.
How do I order?
Go to prairieranchersbeef.ca/shop, choose the boxes you want, and enter the organization's promo code at checkout. Pay online with your credit card, and we'll deliver to your home.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks of placement, depending on your location within our delivery zone. For more details on delivery timing and schedules, please refer to the delivery schedule note here.
Is delivery included?
Home delivery is available within our delivery areas for a flat fee of $19.97 applied at checkout. If you prefer, you can also choose to have your order delivered to the organization's designated pickup location on distribution day, which does not include a delivery fee.
What if I'm outside the delivery zone?
You can still place an order by selecting the organization's designated pickup location during checkout. Your order will be delivered there on distribution day, where you can pick it up and support the fundraiser at the same time.
How much does the organization get from my purchase?
The organization receives 10% of the discounted price. For example, if you buy a $280 box (after the $10 discount), the organization earns $28.
Can I order multiple boxes?
Absolutely. The promo code works for as many boxes as you want to order. Stock your freezer and support the organization at the same time.
What if I have an issue with my order?

Is the beef really grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes. Our cattle eat only grass and grass-based forages their entire lives. No grain finishing, no hormones, no antibiotics. Learn more at prairieranchersbeef.ca/our-story.
How long will the beef last in my freezer?
Properly stored, beef maintains quality for 6-12 months in the freezer. All boxes come with premium beef that has been flash frozen and vacuum sealed.
Can I order if I'm not part of the organization?
Yes! As long as you're within our delivery zone and use the organization's code, you can order. Tell your friends and family - they can support the organization too.
